Wallace Cascio - Director of Acquisitions

 

He started out his career in the private jet industry handing all aspects of leasing and management. Wallace gained strong relationships with private institutions and real estate investments trusts. He then transitioned into the real estate business in Miami, FL focusing on the pre-construction and land acquisitions. After working there for three years he then moved to West Palm Beach and joined a boutique firm where he started the investment and rental division for the company. He grew the company alongside the owner to over 400 agents in over 7 years. Over that time, Wallace worked with over 250 apartment complexes handing marketing and renting their portfolio for his firm. He starting working in acquisitions for private investors and RIETS to purchase investment properties to add value to their portfolios. His approach to capital improvements and site design to each property increased the rentable NOI for each asset he assisting in facilitating. He also managed all aspects of the construction, budgeting and renting then selling off each portfolio of the period of five year hold time to increase the equity for each property. Wallace earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, in Gainesville FL in 2001.
