Elite Stor Capital Partners ("ESCP"), formed in December 2013, is a vertically intergrated platform created to facilitate institutional and private capital investment in self storage. ESCP has successfully acquired and/or developed approximately 1.1 Million rentable square feet. The Company will continue to invest in the self storage space through acquisitions of existing self storage facilities, conversion opportunities, and ground-up development nationally.
