Sheila Reinken - Chief Financial Officer

 

Sheila C. Reinken is the Chief Financial Officer of Elite Stor Capital Partners, LLC and its affiliates.  She has more than 25 years of experience as a senior financial executive. Her background includes senior finance roles at Fortune 500 publicly traded companies in the multi-unit retail space including Winn-Dixie Stores, Burger King Corporation and Levitz Furniture Corporation. Sheila began her career in finance at Levitz where she spent 15 years and rose to the position of Vice President, Treasurer and President of Levitz Credit Corporation. She then continued her career as Vice President, Finance for Burger King Corporation. When Burger King was sold in 2004, she was recruited to join Winn-Dixie stores where she was responsible for financial planning and analysis, investor relations, treasury and new store acquisitions and divestitures. During her career, she successfully completed the financing for the acquisition of a retail chain, individual stores, and new store build-outs. Sheila has considerable capital markets experience including successfully completing two IPOs, several public debt issuances, real estate sale-leaseback financing, hedging strategies and arranging bank loans and asset based bank credit facilities. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. She is a board member of Voices for Children Foundation, Inc. and Women’s Executive Leadership.
