Daniel Munoz - Acquisitions Analyst

 

Daniel Munoz joined Elite Stor as an investment analyst responsible for evaluation and due diligence. Daniel also assists the deal team during the closing process of new acquisitions. Prior to coming to Elite Stor, Daniel worked as an analyst for one of South Florida’s leading multi-housing brokerage teams. There, he benefited from invaluable training and obtained strong insight to the real estate market. Daniel graduated with a concentration in Finance from the Kogod School of Business at American University, Washington, DC.  During his studies, Daniel played on the men’s college basketball team, and was named team captain during his senior year. He is also a recipient of the prestigious Dean’s List award. Daniel is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida.
