Beau Raich - General Counsel

 

Beau is responsible for overseeing the general legal affairs of the company including managing contract negotiation, due diligence, and closings of new acquisitions. Additionally, Beau is actively involved with new business development and new acquisitions, asset management, investor relations, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Elite-Stor, Beau worked for a Texas based national real estate investment, development, and property management firm in various roles, including corporate counsel, acquisitions and development associate, asset management, and business development. Beau was directly responsible for the disposition of over $60 million in multifamily, student housing, and office assets, from sourcing buyers, contract negotiation, to closing. He was also actively involved in the predevelopment process of several luxury, high rise rental and condominium developments. While in Texas Beau was the CEO and General Manager of an indoor football team in the Arena Football League for two seasons and was also the COO of an annual Chicago music festival featuring international talent and 50,000+ attendance. Beau began his career as a commercial litigation attorney in West Palm Beach, FL, handing complex disputes involving real estate, distressed debt, general contract, and administrative law. Beau holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and a juris doctorate from Florida International University College of Law.
